Range and Reef provides unique “al fresco” grilling and cooking for catered corporate and private events where all of our food is prepared on site. We specialize in natural wood live fire grilling of meats, seafood and vegetables, raw bars, shrimp and seafood boils, and New England lobster clambakes, Range and Reef, tailors on-site cooking into unique and personalized food events for our clients. We serve food buffet style, family style, at food and grill stations or over grill bars, and can easily accommodate as few as 10 guests, or more than 300.
Whether rotisserie grilling top sirloin over natural oak wood fires, grilling scallops, lamb chops and vegetables over peach and apple wood, preparing a traditional lobster clambake, throwing a shrimp and seafood boil with wild caught gulf shrimp, or preparing a bull and oyster roast, Range and Reef merges the highest quality fresh and seasonal ingredients to create unique food experiences.
